A Note from our Property Manager

Spring is coming and as I drive through the property I have noticed some maintenance issues I?’d like to share with you.

If you are going to do a change to your landscape design, paint your house, add or replace a fence, change your roof, or make a structural change to your home you will need to complete an ARB form. Please attach paint chips so that we can see the colors you have chosen. Attach survey maps for construction work. You can take pictures of similar structures if that helps the committee make a better decision on your application. Remember to allow thirty days for the committee to review your application and visit your property.

Fences must be white or natural wood colors only.

Don?’t forget to put your trash cans out of street sight after the trash has been picked up by the disposal company. Trash cans should only be put at the curb no earlier than 6 p.m. the night before pick up.

It?’s time to focus on our lawns. There are weed and feed treatments available to apply whenever weeds are growing. Now is the time to plant plugs, new sod or grass seed in the bare spots in your lawn.

Check your driveway for mildew and rust stains from the winter. Power washing will greatly enhance their appearance.

Please don?’t dump yard waste into the retention ponds, common areas or the storm sewers on the streets. We all end up paying to remove the trash and it may cause street flooding.
