The Pembrooke Homeowners Association Board of Directors Meeting was called to order at 7:20 p.m. by Al Delio, Board President. Board Members present were Tony Vicari, John Anderson, Wolfgang Ploch, Oscar Ruiz and Bernie Rebarchak. Also present was the Association Manager, Nancy Nordyke-Shelley and Larry Slimick representing the Off Duty Sheriff?’s Service.

Old Business
?• Tracts 3 & 6 ?– Work is nearing completion on erosion repairs. Sod still needs to be replaced in areas where pipes were installed. Eden installed curbs and sidewalks (not part of the original bid) due to the fact that the County was going to fine them if they did not do so. AS-BUILT plans are still needed for final inspection process.
?• Grantham Street Water Leak ?– Holding for hydrology report and written materials to be sent to the attorney.
?• Motion by the Board to have the fence at the Aidi home moved back to the property line made by J. Anderson, seconded by T. Vicari. Motion passed unanimously. 4:0
Action Items
?• CAM to follow up with Jason Teppes regarding formation of a task force on the Grantham leakage issue.
There being no further business to come before the Board, a motion was made and seconded to adjourn at 8:35 p.m. (Delio/Vicari) Motion passed unanimously.
