In 2002, the Board of Directors approved an upgrade to the landscaping at the Hunterdon entrance to Pembrooke. The board was concerned that this area was not as attractive as the Somersworth entrance. We replanted the entrance and the border with the Wellington retention pond with new plants and re-mulched the area. In addition, a fountain was added to the entrance.
The board would like your feedback on the project. Did we do a good job? Can it be improved? We have received comments both positive and negative and suggestions have been made for further work at the entrance. To determine what the next step, if any, the board will be sending out a survey to all homeowners. Please respond when you receive the survey. If you do not receive a survey in April, please contact Angie Tucker of Sentry Management at 407-788-6700, extension 293 to request one.
