Before installing any backyard fence, every resident must send to the Board of Directors, a diagram of their lot with a drawing of the exact location of the fence as to how inside their property line it is to be installed.
Then the resident must wait for written approval prior to installing the fence in accordance with Section 9, and Section 19 of the Deed Restrictions.
The only approved fencing in Perch Creek is to be no more than 4 feet high, with post and rail, or split rail, hardwood constructed with 3 horizontal rails.
The interior perimeter of the fence is to be green wire mesh.
The location of the fence in relationship to the house must be in line with the rear-most wall of the house toward the side street, and no closer to the street than the building setback line.
