Currently, there are two senior citizen highrises in the Perkerson neighborhood on Springdale Road: Lakewood Christian Manor and Trinity Towers. Both complexes are considered affordable housing have age and income living requirements such as Income above a certain amount at one and the other having income below a certain amount. Both complexes have been renovated and have modern living conveniences.
