The quotes received for the tree removel, silt fence and solid slab sod ran from $28,000 to $51,000. Cimmaron Construction came in with the lowest bid and Scott mentioned that they have used them before on other projects and were very pleased with their work. It was decided that we would accept their bid.
Lynn Bilodeau mentioned that he and Jim Von Thaer had attended a meeting with the Neighborhood Alliance to see about the possibility of obtaining a grant to help with the cost of the dam repair, however it doesn't look as those we qualify.
The annual clean up and picnic are scheduled for May 15th, 16th and 17th. The picinic will be on Sun. the 17th at 5:00 pm in the greenbelt area on the east side of Shoreline Dr.
The board set the dates for the meetings for the year; March 17th, June 16th, and Sept. 15th. All will be held at 7212 Shoreline Dr. and ALL HOMEOWNERS are invited to attend.

March 17th meeting
The repair work on the east lake dam was discussed again with the hope of finalizing the contract by the end of this month for work to begin immediately, before the spring rains. It was voted on to make a special assessment to homeowners of $400.00. This along with the funds we now have should pay for all of the work on the east dam and greenbelt area. This is a one time only assessment.
It was decided that we not order and pay for two dumpsters to be used during our annual clean up this year as OKC and Warr Acres now have regular big trash day pick up times.
Also decided for our annual picnic, we will order pizza and for those that want can bring a dessert. Drinks will also be provided.
Jim Von Thaer recommened that we hire someone new to mow and keep up the greenbelt areas as much of the work was not done on time or as thorough as it could have been. Terry Marley will look into the matter.
Meeting adjourned.
Respectfully Submitted
Penny Von Thaer
Secretary
