Gutters Are a Good Idea ?–

When the board hired an engineer to assess our buildings, the engineer concluded: ?“The absence of gutters and down spouts increases the potential for moisture intrusion at the base of the walls due to splash up off wood decks and concrete patios. The problem is particularly acute where water can splash upward from concrete patios to the bottom of door units.?”
