As you should know by now, Hammersmith Management took over the duties of managing the three Tuscany Associations as of January 1st. I am happy to report that we are now up and running at full speed. By now each homeowner should have received a full set of payment coupons for the remainder of the year. One set for either Tuscany South or Tuscany Maintenance and one for Tuscany Recreation. If you have not received your coupons please contact our office (303) 980-0700 and ask to speak with Marcy.

Some homeowners have requested tennis keys. We are having new keys made and once we have some in hand we will be mailing the keys to those homeowners who have requested a key.

If anyone is interested in having automatic payments set up for your monthly dues and have misplaced your enrollment form, please call our office and we can send you a new one. For anyone that has trouble remembering to make the monthly payment, this is a great way to avoid late fees and delinquent notices!! There is no charge to you or the Association for this service.

If you are planning on making any exterior changes to your home, please remember that you must first submit your plans for review by the Architectural Review Committee. All plans should be sent to Hammersmith at 2535 S. Wadsworth Boulevard, Lakewood, CO 80227. Once received we will process your submittal, send you an initial letter stating that we have received your submission and will forward your plans to the committee for review. Once a decision is made, you will be notified by me of the decision of the committee.
