3. Security guy from Honeywell going door to door. Tell him you have an alarm system already and that you don?’t take solicitation.
4. Dual Payne windows salesman going door to door. Any door-to-door salesman be cautious. They can easily get information about your home by just chatting with you for a moment on your door step. If you need a service done, get a referral from a friend or a neighbor.

Officer Report:
1. Our neighborhood officer is Mike Piazzza. You the best way to contact him is via e-mail (mike.piazza@phoenix.gov) or call him at 602-495-5634.
2. Our Area is 62 ?– for Community Action Officer
3. He asks that you report every incident to him even if another officer responded. This way he can step up patrols and monitor crime in the neighborhood.
4. Look for empty homes. This is a big problem right now. Squaters are taking over foreclosed homes and destroying them. Call him with the address if you suspect the house is vacant. He will come and check it out and make sure it gets locked down.
5. Homes with a lot of cars ?– usually rentals with a transient community living in them. These homes are possible drug homes. Report suspicious activity to him.
6. Officer had a great hand out with lots of city contact numbers on it.
