Nonprofits Can Receive Grants That Strengthen Their Communities
United Way of Greater Houston is currently accepting applications for Cycle I of the 2009 Community Building Grants (CBGs). These small grants ($500-$5,000 each) are available to any nonprofit organization in our four-county service area. These grants are focused on creative and innovative projects that have a huge impact on the community.
In order to apply for the Community Building Grant, you must attend a Community Building Grant funding conference during the current calendar year. In order to apply for a grant in the upcoming cycle, you must attend the conference on:
