I have some cracks that I just saw in my exterior stucco wall. I am not sure if this is under warranty but I see a number of houses that have the same problem. Does anyone know if this is something that the builder would fix or do I need to hire someone. And if I do need to hire someone does anyone know of someone that would be reasonable?
