Okay folks, I know we have had alot of rain the past week or so, but goodness!!! You still have to keep your yard cut. Don't you just hate the neighbor that refuses to cut his/her yard. Have you ever cut someones yard because you were embarassed or ashamed of their weeds? I know I have. For the most part, Raleigh citizens do a good job maintaining their yards, but there are a few(10%),that are either lazy, unmotivated, work too much, or just don't care.(3 out of the 4 are pretty much the same)
Remember, perception is a pre-cursor for a first impression. Any negative perception on your neighbor, is a direct perception on YOU!!!. Have you ever driven in a neighborhood that had bad grass, or overgrown weeds? What did you think? You probably thought like the average person would think. "Man this neighborhood looks bad, I would never live here!" The perception is that the neighborhood is bad, although it was probably only a few yards that had overgrown weeds and grass. What people must understand is that a neighborhood is only as strong as its weakest link. We all live in close quarters, and must pull our slack to ensure the neighborhood maintains its integrity. In a sense, we are all team members. You do know what team stands for right? Together Everyone Achieves More!!!!
So,lets work together and get that grass cut, because I really don't feel like cutting it for you.(SMILE).
