The birth of one school system

Who needs Shelby County schools?

The debate continues between Mayor Herenton and the City Council/ Shelby County. Why combine the two school systems? Why not combine both governments? Hell, why do we have two mayors? I wonder are there those of you out there who have the same questions that I have. Why is there such a large debt on both parts? It seems as if the previous administration(County)left a price tag, huh? What do you think about that? Write me back.
