2011 Membership Drive

As of July 15, we are pleased to have 144 paid members.** This puts us slightly behind the 155 mark of 2010. There are 264 homes within our subdivision. Therefore, 144 represents just over half of the neighborhood. 

Membership dues are our only source of income and enable us to meet our obligations (i.e. upkeep of the two entrances) and pay and sponsor all our other events and activities (i.e. social events, newsletter, memorial contributions, etc). It was voted at the 2011 Annual Meeting to  follow the feedback of the Neighborhood Survey and continue to keep our activities, with the exception of the Yard of the Month, open to all residents regardless of their membership status. Likewise the newsletter and Neighborhood Directory will continue to be mailed/distributed to all residents. Our sincere thanks to those who have joined for 2011. If you have not joined for 2011, please know your support would be much appreciated.
