Old/new business: The board is looking into permanent lighting of both entrances. Bids and discussion on this will take place at the next regular board meeting (March). It was announced that the results of the neighborhood survey (done last May) did not indicate a desire to change any RHA policies thus things will continue as it with all residents receiving the newsletter and directory, social and neighborhood events open to all residents with only the Yard of the Month competition remaining "members only." There was no further discussion. Copies of the results were made available for anyone interested in reviewing them.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:45 PM.
The next regular Board meeting is tentatively set for Thursday, March 17. Lynn will send out email notification to the Board approximately 3 weeks in advance.
