Dear Ravines Homeowner,
The next Ravines Homeowners Association Board Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, March 18, 2008, 7PM, at the Levy Middle School, 25300 Nine Mile Road (meeting announcement signs at the three entrances will be posted as soon as the ground softens).

Police Officer Buckberry of the City of Southfield Crime Prevention Department will give a presentation on 'Calls for Service' activity in our area, Home Security tips, Identify Theft, and other crime prevention topics. We hope you will join us. Attached is a preliminary agenda.

On a related matter, the board is looking for residents to fill three vacancies: Corresponding Secretary, Recording Secretary, and Board Member at Large. Serving on the board is a wonderful opportunity to get involved in helping to foster good will while ensuring that our community remains a clean, safe, and beautiful place to reside. Finally, many of you have inquired about the construction work going on at the Nine Mile entrance. At&T is installing a second 'Equipment Box' at this location and has assured the association that the sprinklers, sod, flowers, shrubs, etc. will be replaced upon project completion. Our Architectural Control Committee is communicating with At&T representatives and monitoring the project.
