The Community Association

The community association is a private, nonprofit corporation in which all property owners automatically are members and have certain rights and obligations.

Board Meetings

Board meetings are open and members are encouraged to attend. Due to time restrictions, the Board will conduct business before opening the meeting to questions from the membership. Notice of meetings will be posted on signs in the community. If you would like e-mail notification of meeting times, or a copy of meeting minutes, contact Brown Community Management.

Ray Ranch Community Association

Ray Ranch Community Association is an East Valley
Community Association comprised of 260 single-family homes in Higley, Arizona. Boundaries are: North - Jasper, South - Ray Road, East - Recker Road and West - Wade Drive. Amenities include community park and pathways, playgrounds, soccer field and sport court. Easy access to the 202 and Williams Gateway Airport.

Property Management Company

Effective April 1, 2007, Brown Community Management, Inc. will be the managing agent for Ray Ranch Community Association.
