NEW MAILBOXES
Duggins Co. will start with the first installation of 50 mailboxes Oct 14, 2008.

OMBUDSMAN MADELYN

Homeowners need to check their sidewalks and make necessary repairs. Many are broken, uneven, and in disrepair. It is your responsibility and liability. The subdivision is not liable for any accidents that happen on your sidewalks. Tree limbs; please check if your trees are hanging over the sidewalks. We have many walkers and bikers who are getting hit by low hanging limbs. Grass clippings; please clean up your grass clippings after mowing. Edging, homeowners need to edge their common area sidewalks. Many are overgrown and unsightly.



BLOCK WATCH by Mary Rose
Increase number of residents added to the block watch email list. The email list is a great way to pass information and alerts quickly. Communication is at an all time high, great job!


CHRISTMAS LIGHTS
Madelyn will be working with the company we used last year in setting up our Christmas decorations.



BOARD MEMBER POSITIONS
