ALL ASSOCIATION FEES ARE DUE MARCH 31st, 2005

THE NEIGHBORHOOD CLEAN UP:
The RHHA will be supplying a dumpster (located in the park) so that you can clean up all unwanted items that you may have stored in your home or on your property. Place all unwanted items in the dumpster not on the ground around the dumpster.
Items that CANNOT be placed in the dumpster: 1. NO BUILDING MATERIAL 2. NO PAINT or OTHER HAZARDOUS CHEMICALS
3. NO LARGE PIECES of FURNITURE
ALL FURNITURE MUST BE BROKEN UP INTO SMALL PIECES.

Should you find that you have items that can be donated the following numbers can be called to schedule a pick up

The Goodwill has two (2) drop off locations

RHHA is SPONSORING A NEIGHBORHOOD BEAUTIFICATION CONTEST
STARTS May 1st, 2005 ?– August 31st, 2005

Every Resident in the neighborhood is encouraged to participate:

Each month the judges (The Judges of the contest are a non-interested group from outside the RHHA.)
Will pick the most beautiful yard. The winner will be awarded a $25.00 gift certificate to
Lowes Home Improvement Warehouse Store of Nashville
or
The Home Depot
(the gift certificates will alternate each month).
Also a sign will be placed in the yard to let everyone know who won the Most Beautiful Yard Contest for the month.

RHHA Neighborhood COOKOUT
The Association is having a Neighborhood cook out on May21st, 2005. All Family?’s in the neighborhood are invited to come join in on the fun. More information as it becomes available.

RHHA Neighborhood YARD SALE
The Association is having a Neighborhood Yard Sale on June 4th, 2005 8:00am ?– 1:00pm.
All Family?’s in the neighborhood are invited to gather all of your unwanted gently used items and get ready for a yard sale.
The sale will be advertised in ?“The Tennessean Newspaper?” and signs will be placed around the area advertising the sale?…We feel that we will have a good turn out of prospective buyers so we are asking for your help in making sure that they have lots of things to purchase?…Lets all join in and make ourselves some extra cash from those unwanted items we have stored away in our homes!
Anyone wishing to use the park area to sale their items will be welcome to come and set up there.

LET THERE BE LIGHT
Lights will be added to the Park area in the next few months the association will be meeting with the contractor in the next week or so to discuss the location of the lights. More information as it becomes available.

ANNUAL RHHA NEIGHBORHOOD MEETING
On March 5th, 2005 will be holding its Annual Meeting in the park area. All residents are encouraged to come.
In the event of inclement weather the board has approved May 14th, 2005 @ 10:00am to be the make up date.
