MINUTES

The meeting of the Ridge Point Homeowners Association Annual Meeting was called to order on Monday, November 30,2009. The meeting was held at the South Hill Library.

Meeting attendees included: 10 Homeowners and proxies.

 Objective #1: Recreational Vehicle Policy Ballot

As of December 1, 2009 Recreational Vehicles will be allowed to park in the owners driveway during its time-frame.

• Summer recreational vehicles: camper, camper trailer, boat, dirt bikes, and ATV’s between April 1 and September 30
• Winter recreational vehicles: snow mobiles between December 1 and March 30

Objective #2: Board member votes: Treasurer and Secretary

Treasurer voted in: Jennifer Dofelmire

Secretary voted in: Christie Hunter

Objective #3: Homeowners Management Ballot

Association has voted to fully take over the management. 90-day notice of cancellation was sent to Association Services. New mail box will be purchased within the month.

Objective #4: 2010 Budget

2010 Budget was ratified. 2010 annual dues are $284.03, an increase of $13.53 from 2009.

Objective#5: Open Floor

We ran out of time to have Open Floor. We will have open floor on the next board meeting on December 30, 2009.
