Below is a summary of the topics discussed at a meeting held on Tuesday 26 January:

Those in attendance: 17 homeowners, John Hammersmith, Michelle Ralich of HMI.

After discussing the issues (no trails, plowing streets, drainage, fee increase), most homeowners voted to not withhold payment of funds for the yearly assessment of $165.

A plan was suggested and adopted to write up a list of community issues and present these issues at the next board meeting in writing to the Homeowners Association Board of Directors and to the developer, Joseph Gassner.

Volunteers to put the list together include Richard Massey, Craig Fleischmann, Steve Smiley, Teresa Schmitt, Kendall Kruger and David Tobey.

Hammersmith Management agreed to (1) present our protest of a fee increase to Joseph Gassner, (2) ask for a reduced fee (keep it at $150), (3) ask to allow homeowners to pay monthly, (4) distribute or publish via an internet web site a monthly newsletter to inform homeowners of progress on issue resolution and related community concerns and to (5) ask the Board of Directors for quarterly Homeowners ssociation meetings, as previously requested at last years homeowners meeting.
