I thought all of you might like to see some early results from the Sun Mesa HOA Metro survey. Since 10 of their residents are renters, they were actually able to get a 51% return with 17 opposed, 20 wanting a study done before the vote, and none wanting a Metro district with a vote prior to a study. This is about what I would expect. Please let me know what you find out from your surveys.

Here are the results for Sun Mesa regarding the survey. A total of 39 HO's responded out of 87. (45%) However, 10 of the 87 are renters who we really do not take part in Association activities.
a. Opposed to the development of Parks and Rec. services by a Metro District under any circumstances, ....17
b. I support the development of Parks and Rec by a metro district under any circumstances...........0
c. I support the development provided a proper feasibility analysis and marketing survey, ect........ 22
