I have been a resident of Riverwoods since 1990. I have enjoyed watching our property values increase significantly in the last few years. The Times Union recently reflected a house on Kelvyn Grove Place sold for $149,500. I hope to keep everyone updated as our neighborhood house sales are reported in the paper.
