The Community and Lake Association Boards of Directors each have new members. Due to a lack of quorum for both Associations, the Annual Members' Meeting held November 8th was adjourned to November 29th. Board members for the Associations were then elected at the Annual Members' Meeting, which was held just prior to the November Board meeting.
The Riverlake Community Association re-elected incumbents Dave Mendoza, Victoria Schaefer and Karen Burkhardt. Each will serve a two-year term. They join Jeff Marschner, Jim Parker, Glen Campbell and Peter Chin, who have served the first year of their two-year terms.
Steve Grove, a Riverlake resident for the past five years and manager/partner of Laughs Unlimited in Old Sacramento, joins the Riverlake Lake Association Board of Directors. Incumbent Dale Miller was also elected for this Board.
"I look forward to working with all of you in the months to come towards further solidifying Riverlake's reputation as the most exclusive and beautiful residential community the City of Sacramento has to offer," Steve notes.
Steve and Dale will begin two-year terms while Board members Jim Parker, Keith Tronson and Dan Waters will serve the second year of their two-year terms.
Congratulations to the new and returning Board members and thank you for your service to the Association.
