Thanks to all who attended and participated in our community meeting in September. Your time was greatly appreciated.

Just a few reminders of courtesy as we enter the busy holiday season:
?· Please be mindful of our tight parking situation. We encourage you to use the overflow lot on Charles court. Please do not park on the sidewalk or curb.

?· If you are only using plastic bags for your trash, be aware that crows are attacking the bags and sharing your trash with the neighborhood. Please pick up any trash or debris scattered from your bags. We encourage you to use the cans provided by most garbage services.

?· 2003 assessments will be mailed near the end of December and will be due 2/1/2003.

?· On snow days, please do not park on the street. For snow plowing to be effective, the street must remain free of cars. Please do not shovel your snow onto the street. Please ensure your sidewalk is snow free.
