Monterey Terrace's Monterey Club
“The Monterey Club” was formed in the year 1958, for the betterment of the physical surroundings and social relationships within the area of Monterey Terrace, Renton, Washington.
Originally know as swanky "mortgage hill" we are now one of the areas best kept secrets. Midcentury homes with manicured lawns, and sweeping views fill this centrally located neighborhood. Today we're comprised of original homeowners, professionals, and young families.
