Attention All Dogs

We are noticing that an increasing number of pet owners are not cleaning up after their pets. As a pet owner, you are responsible for cleaning up after your pet each time you take them out. Walking your pet in the neighborhood, among the parks and drainage area does not lessen any responsibility for cleaning up where your dog has left off.

Please take plastic bags with you when you take your pet for a walk; newspaper wrappers are perfect for this sort of thing. Pet owners who fail to clean up after Fido will be fined.

Even though you have the most lovable pet in the neighborhood, please keep him on a leash when he is not confined to your back yard.

Please be aware that excessively barking dogs can become an irritation to your neighbors. The Declaration of the Association state that every pet shall be strictly controlled and not allowed to become a nuisance to any other homeowner. Your fellow homeowners will appreciate your cooperation in all of these matters.
