The Board of Directors would like to thank Joe Swanson, Vice President, for his dedication and commitment ot our community. It was with great regret that we announce his resignation and impending move to Erie. We wish Joe, his wife Suzanne, and their children the best as they make these exciting new changes.
Our goal now is to fill Joe's position for the remainder of his term which expires in November. If you are interested in serving on the Board, please contact Julia Paluka at Hammersmith at 303-980-0700. The time commitment involved includes meetings every other month and the ability to be available via phone or email for decisions that need to be made between meetings.
We now have a new policy regarding campers and trailers. Pursuant to CCandR Section 3.26, the Board may adopt Rules and Regulations regarding the parking of these vehicles. Based on the feedback we have received, we have determined that campers and trailers may be parked onsite for a period not to exceed 48 hours. This allows homeowners a reasonable amount of time to completer loading and unloading. If you are parking a camper or traler on site, please give prior notice to Hammersmith.
The next Board mmeting will be Monday, September 8, at 6:30 p.m. at the Hammersmith office located at 11990 Grant Street, #305 in NOrthglenn. On the agenda will be a revision to the new Sherwin Williams Paint colors. At this time we have over 40 paint color choices. If you would like to see the colors, please contact any board member. All exterior paint changes must be approved by the DRC prior to beginning work. The only exception to this rule is if you are repainting your home the exact same colors.
Our next opportunity to call a meeting of the homeowners will come this fall when we are ready to ratify the 2004 Budget. When we are ready to set this date, we will give as much notice as possible.
If you have any suggestions for the Board to include in our next meeting, or to consider for the Annual Meeting, please contact Julia at Hammersmith. We appreciate your input. This is your community!
