As a service to Thornton residents, the City offers a month long program during which bagged leaves may be placed at the curb for free special pickup on your regular trash collection day. Use your black trash container first, then additional bagged leaves can be placed next to your black trash container. The dates for the 2003 leaf collection are November 3 to November 29.
