With spring on its way.....our minds are filled with new ways to improve the looks of our homes and yards.

Please remember, that although you do own your home, we are a covenant controlled neighborhood and there are guidelines you must follow to maintain and help meet those covenant requirements. We know these requirements will help insure a great appearance for a wonderful neighborhood.

If you are planning to make any changes be sure to submit an architectural request to the Design Review Committee (DRC). PLEASE ALLOW THE DRC AN AMPLE AMOUNT OF TIME TO REVIEW YOUR REQUEST. The guidelines allow for a response within 30 days, however, in most cases, turn around times are much faster.

The DRC has 30 days to approve/deny the application. You will be informed both upon receipt of the application and the final decision.
