Thorncreek Crossing Shopping Center Update

Ground has been broken on two sites at Thorncreek Crossing. (120th Avenue and Washington.) An 11,800 square foot retail building, north and adjacent of Chick-fil-A, which will have space for approximately eight tenants. A 35,000 square foot retail building, next to Linens and Things, which will include Pier One Imports and Famous Footwear as well as several other smaller tenants. Both above developments are scheduled to open by late 2003. Olive Garden will open in July and World Savings in June contingent upon receiving their Certificates of Occupancy.
