Rolling Hills Pool Rules

Pool Rules

• Swim at your own risk! No lifeguard on duty.
• Pool hours are 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
• The gate is to remain locked at all times. You must have your key and pool pass with you.
• Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult (18 years or older.)
• Keys are for the use of residents only.
• The pool and facilities are for the sole use of the Rolling Hills homeowners and all guests must be accompanied by a resident.
• No smoking.
• No glass is permitted in the pool area.
• Pets are not allowed in the pool area and may not be chained to the fence.
• No loud noice or music is permitted.
• No running, jumping, pushing or shoving.
• Bikes must be left outside the pool area.
• It is recommended that individuals who cannot swim wear floats/preservers.
• Guests are limited to four (4) at any given time unless prior written approval has been given by the Board of Directors.
• Replacement keys will be issued at a cost of $10.00 each.

Failure to comply with these rules will result in the loss of pool privileges.

THE ROLLING HILLS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS OF LIFE OR PROPERTY, OR DAMAGE TO PERSONAL PROPERTY AS A RESULT OF ANY ACTIVITY IN OR ABOUT THE POOL OR POOL ENCLOSURE AREA.
