A. The assessment dues are due the first day of each month.
Q. How much are the current assessment dues?
A. The assessment dues are $50.00 per month starting on March 1, 2015.
Q. What do the assessment dues pay for?
A. The assessments dues pay for lawn maintenance for the front and side yards only, roofing of the townhouses when needed, exterior paint when needed, exterior wood rot repairs before painting.
Q. Who are the board of directors and how do I contact them?

Q. What are the governing documents of this Association?
A. The governing documents are the Declarations of covenants, Conditions, & Restrictions and the By-Laws and their respective amendments. These documents can be found under the Community Pages section on the home page of this web site.
Q. When is the annual board meeting and is it open to all owners?
A. The annual board meeting is usually the first week in June, and all owners are encouraged to attend and vote on issues affecting our community. You will receive a letter in the mail each year notifying you of the meeting date and encouraging you to attend.

A. The minutes of the last annual board meeting are under the Community Pages section on the home page of this web site.
Q. How do I become a board member?
A. You may become a board member by expressing your interest in writing to the post office address, which will be reviewed by the current board of directors, or attending the annual meeting, when the new board members are voted into office. There are nine (9) board of directors, according to the rules set forth in our governing documents.
Q. What are the boundaries that outline the Rolling Meadows Townhouse community?
A. The northern boundary is Mayfield Road, southern boundary Pleasant Valley Lane, eastern boundary is Pleasant Valley Lane, and the western boundary is Merrywood Street.
Q. What schools will my children attend while living in the Rolling Meadows Townhouse community?
A. The schools are Foster Elementary School, Gunn Junior High School and James Bowie High School. The addresses, phone numbers and principal’s name are listed under Neighborhood Schools in the Neighborhood Information section on the home page of this web site.
Q. Are there any parks near our community?
A. Yes we have an excellent park, called H.A.D. Dunsworth Park located at the corner of Merrywood and Waverly, just one block south of our community. It has a jogging trail, playground equipment for the children, a softball field, picnic tables with grills, and open ground for flying kites and playing games.
A much larger park is Vandergriff Park located just north of the corner of Center and Mayfield. It contains a community center, jogging trails, softball fields, picnic areas, and much more. Another park nearby is Founders Park just east of the corner of Matlock and Arkansas Lane. It has jogging trails along Johnson Creek and contains the famous Marrow Bone Springs and intersects on the north side of Vandergriff Park.
