Breaking News as of 10/16/11: 

The BOD is planning a Fall Neighborhood Party on the 5th of November on Wych Circle.  More details as the planning progresses.  Each homeowner will receive a personal invite. 

Breaking News as of 10/12/11.

The work that you see around the entrance of the subdivision is being done by our new landscaper.  He is giving it a badly needed facelift while at the same time replacing the drab fake pine needles with a more vibrant and colorful mulch.  He will also add flowers and install a watering system.

The October BOD meeting has been cancelled.

Breaking News as of 8/24/11:  

To keep homeowners updated between meetings, here are some things going on in our subdivision:

01.  We have interviewed two new landscapers and are in the process of making a decision of keeping our current one or changing to another one.

02.  Our petition had less than a 20% response rate.  Although we had many positive remarks on these forms, we do not have a mandate to go to the City Council and request a change.  We will table this until there is some better idea.

03.  In accordance with our by-laws, we have reviewed our insurance needs and are in the process of renewing our necessary policies.

04.  We have committeed to having a permanent information sign built just inside the subdivison. The request is at City Hall and we are just awaiting approval.

05.  We still need volunteers for the Neighborhood Watch Committee, the By-Laws Review Committee, a Welcome Committee, and a Subdivision Celebration Committee.  Clcik the link below for more details.
