Rosemont is a community of professional, blue collar, labor and service workers. The older well-built homes are in the median price range, offering affordable housing and mature/developed landscaping.

With its close proximity to downtown, Rosemont offers an alternative to lengthy commutes, excellent access to freeways, light rail, and bus service, convenient shopping, mature landscaping, and numerous community parks.

A variety of businesses are located in and adjacent to Rosemont. In the center of the community, along both sides of Kiefer Blvd are businesses such as a bank, hair and nail saloons, grocery, hardware, ice cream, convenience, dry cleaners, dentists, pharmacy, karate, printing and business services, video rental, automotive repair, gasoline, insurance, jazzercise, real estate, fast food, and a travel agency.

In addition, establishments along Micron Ave. offer restaurants, lodging, gas, professional office space, banks, fitness center, hair saloon, optometry, and job placement.
