Charter Changes to be voted on at the Annual Meeting on January 25, 2001

Rewrite to read as follows: Membership III D. Any membership shall remain in force from the call to order of the annual general meeting in January through the call to order of the annual general meeting of the following year. Voting on the change to the charter must be done at the annual general meeting.

Current Charter reads as follows: Membership III D. Any membership shall expire at the end of each calendar year and shall not retain any privileges or voting rights.
