Through the Community Planning and Design Workshop which is the outreach arm of CAPLA, students researched the neighborhood?’s history, demographics and current conditions to create a master plan. The master plan will be available at the December RWNA board meeting and the General Meeting in January. We have included some of the ideas and solutions for enhancing our neighborhood in this newsletter.
