CALL TO ORDER
Mr. Pittman called the meeting to order at 6:02 p.m.
HOMEOWNER FORUM
There were 5 homeowners present.
Mr. Tannis attended a planning meeting for the development on the northeast corner of 83rd & Olive. Mr. Tannis is concerned about the proximity garages to the western edge of RRHOA. Mr. Pittman will write a letter to all homeowners that will be affected by the new development. If enough homeowners express concern about the boundaries, RRHOA will attempt to negotiate with the new development.
REVIEW AND APPROVE MINUTES
Minutes of the February 22, 2006 meeting were reviewed. There was one correction. MOTION for approval with the correction by Ms. Steele; second Mr. Radig. Minutes were APPROVED as corrected.
REVIEW AND APPROVE FINANCIALS
Due to the change in property management companies, the February 2006 financials were unavailable.
OFFICER REPORTS
The Pigeon Control Committee has researched and found a possible solution to the pigeon problem. The Committee will ask the contractor to attend the April meeting and discuss the issue further.
Carescape did not submit a report.
Ms. Steele reported that the April Board meeting will be held on April 26, 2006 in the Peoria Library. Ms. Steele reported that the Library requested a $100 deposit check. R&G will send a check to Ms. Steele for the deposit.
OLD BUSINESS
Mr. Pittman will send the appropriate paperwork to American Family Insurance to settle the claim.
NEW BUSINESS
The Board agreed that the late fees and statements costs need to be reviewed with the Rossmar & Graham.
The Board discussed the proposed letters to the homeowners concerning the upcoming Annual Board Meeting. Several minor changes were made. The letters were approved to be sent out by Rossmar & Graham.
The Prize Drawing was not held due to technical reasons in February. The following lot numbers were drawn for the February prize drawing of $50: 141, 29, & 116. No homeowners were present in February.
The following lot numbers were drawn for the March prize drawing of $75: 34, 179, & 40. No homeowners were present. The April prize drawing will be for $100.
