98/09 Plan for Unit Development

Richard Zevalking?¹s request for a zoning change for his business was once again brought up. Several of the people in attendance at the meeting had gone by his place and all said that the fence he built was beautiful, and that in comparison to those businesses which surround him, he is much better looking, and seemed to add more to the neighborhood than the other businesses.

In fact those same three people said the weeds were gone, and he was not hurting the neighborhood, on the contrary, he seemed to be a positive influence on the area.

The other concern noted in the previous meeting was a billboard on his property. It was noted that the billboard was small, and doesn?¹t look bad at all.

After the discussion a vote was taken on either to:
