The Ten Most Common Code Violations as found in "A Citizen's Guide to a Cleaner Memphis"

from Memphis City Beautiful:

1.Accumulation of junk, trash, and debris.
2. Open storage of material and furnishings, dumping.
3. Parking and storing of inoperable motor vehicles for more than 10 days.
4. Excessive weeds, grass, trees or vegetation. Grass over 12" high.
5. Off-street parking (parking on grass or sidewalk.)
6. Substandard structures and fences, disrepair.
7. More than one RV or other special use vehicle.
8. Commercial vehicles and equipment.
9. Abandoned and derelict structures.
10. General services and repair shops.
