The members and board of SORCA wish to thank Pam Brink, former President of SORCA, for her service and dedication to our neighborhood. Her work with the heritage house and her collaboration with the City of Lubbock, the Lubbock PD, and property owners greatly enhanced our efforts to improve the quality of life in South Overton. ?“Happy trails,?” Pam, and ?“Welcome?” to Debbie Cosgrove, new SORCA President.
