Thank you for visiting the offical page of the Estates of Corner Ketch Maintenance Corporation.  The Maintenance Corporation, through the efforts of the Board of Directors, is responsible for the common areas throughout the community including landscape and lawn care, maintaining the lighting and signage, providing for snow removal and salting on the public streets as well as ensuring the two storm water retention basins are maintained in compliance with County Code while also working with our residents to maintain the architectural standards for exterior changes. 

The Estates of Corner Ketch is located in the rolling hills of the Pike Creek Valley in Northern Delaware and is a showcase Toll Brothers development.  It encompasses 129 homes with large lots, mature trees and scenic views of White Clay Creek State Park.
