Our South Side Lancaster City neighborhood is one of the oldest and most historic sides of downtown Lancaster Pennsylvania. We are a neighborhood defined by a richly diverse ethnicity, cultural heritage, a wealth of successful independent businesses and our emerging redevelopment.
Our blocks echo with vintage residental homes built in the 1880's and memoirs of factories that once defined our neighborhood. We're also just a few blocks away from the heavily traversed Downtown District, the historic German infulenced Cabbage Hill and the skinny streets of beautiful Churchtowne.
