"Sacramento City Codes are now online in a searchable format. These City Codes are effective July 1, 2000.
Recently, the Sacramento City Clerk's office and the City Attorney's Office completed cleaning up and simplify the City's Codes (reducing the number of Chapters and remove any redundant articles that may already be covered by State and County laws, etc.) and publish them on the Internet.
If you need further information, the Sacramento City Clerk's Office is the "Keeper of The Codes" and can be reached by phone at (916) 264-5427."
