AS A RESULT OF THE APRIL/MAY RAINS WHEN HE GETS THEM
ITEMIZED FROM HAMMERSMITH.
A COUPLE OF MONTHS AGO A TREE WAS TOPPED BY APPLES WHEN
THEY HIT A GUY WIRE WHILE MOWING. APPLES HAS SAID THAT
THEY WOULD REPLACE THAT TREE OR TRY TO START A NEW LEAD
AND BUY A TREE AND PUT IT IN AT SOME OTHER LOCATION.
THE BOARD DECIDED TO LET APPLES TRY TO START A NEW
LEADER ON THE ORIGINAL TREE AND BUY A TREE TO INSTALL AT SOME OTHER LOCATION. WORST CASE SENERIO IS THAT WE WILL HAVE TO BUY A NEW TREE TO REPLACE THE ONE APPLES TOPPED
AND THE BEST CASE SENERIO IS THAT WE WILL NOT HAVE TO
BUY A NEW TREE.
THE ADDITIONAL STOP SIGN AND STREET SIGN ISSUES WERE
DISCUSSED AND TABLED BY THE BOARD.
THE BOARD VOTED TO CARRY FORWARD $1500 INTO NEXT YEAR
FOR THE INSTALLATION OF ADDITIONAL SIDEWALK LIGHTS.
HARVEY REPORTED THAT THE BUIDLING COMMITTEE HAD WALKED
FILING 3 WITH JERRY WALTERS AND MANY NEEDED REPARIS WERE
NOTED AND JERRY IS WORKING ON THESE.
THE CONSTRUCTION TRAFFIC AND THE SPEED LIMIT WERE
DISCUSSED. FRED SAID HE WOULD ASK CONSTRUCTION TO
SLOW DOWN.
THE INSURANCE COVERAGES AND PAYMENT WERE DISCUSSED. THE
BOARD DECIDED NOT TO PAY THE PREMIUM IN FULL. IT WILL BE
FINANCED AGAIN THIS YEAR FOR A SHORT A PERIOD OF TIME
AS POSSIBLE AND HOPEFULLY NEXT YEAR WE CAN PAY IT IN
FULL WHEN IT RENEWS.
THE BOARD VOTED TO ALLOW GARAGE DOOR OPENER KEY PADS AND
DOOR BELLS ON THE GARAGE SIDE OF THE BUILDINGS. NO PRIOR
WRITTEN APPROVAL OF THE BOARD WILL BE NEEDED FOR THESE
TWO ITEMS.
THE BOARD VOTED THAT THE FRONT DOOR OF EACH UNIT BELONGS
TO THE OWNER OF THAT UNIT AND THEY MAY INSTALL A PEEP
HOLE, CHANGE THE KEY LOCK TO A PAD, STAIN IN THE ORIGINAL COLOR AND VARNISH THE DOOR. NO PRIOR WRITTEN APPROVAL OF
THE BOARD WILL BE NEEDED FOR THESE ALTERATIONS.
