COVENANT & RULE VIOLATIONS

We live in a covenant controlled community. When you purchased or rented your unit you agreed to abide by the Covenants, By Laws, Articles of Incorporation and the Rules & Regulations. It is each person's responsibility to follow them.

It is also each person's responsibility to help with the enforcement of the Covenants, By Laws, Articles of Incorporation and Rules & Regulations. If you see someone violating any of them it is your responsibility to let them know that they are in violation. If the violation continues, it is your responsibility to write a letter to our Management Company stating the date, time, violation and by whom. IT MUST BE IN WRITING!

These Covenants, By Laws, Articles of Incorporation and Rules & Regulations were created to help protect our property values. We each have a duty to ourselves, each other and to our Association to see that they are followed and enforced.

The enforcement is not meant to be a personal attack. It is a business requirement.

Your attention and cooperation are needed and encouraged.
