Clubhouse Rental Policy

The clubhouse is a wonderful addition to the
Community and many people have enjoyed renting
the facility. The following paragraph is a reminder
to all those who reserve the community center.
This is also listed in the rental agreement packet
that is received when the Community Center is
reserved:
?“Clean up is to be done during the rental period
(before leaving) unless other arrangements have
been made in advance. The renter must follow and
fill out the Cleaning and Checkout Packet.
Following clean up the Cleaning and Checkout
Packet must be turned in with the key. As stated in
the Cleaning and Checkout Packet, the renter is
expected to take out of the building everything he/
she brought in. All garbage must be removed and
the trash cans must be relined. Please do not leave
anything in the refrigerator. Scatterings of trash,
bottles, etc. on the grounds around the Community
Center will be considered as damage. The rooms
must be broom swept and all garbage picked
up. Spills are to be wiped or moped up the same
evening from counters or floors. Bathrooms must
be checked prior to leaving to ensure that paper
waste is not strewn about and that toilets are
flushed. Renter must clean the kitchen and
bathrooms.?”
