Message from the President

I would like to thank all those who came to our last neighborhood party
at the clubhouse. Everyone had a great time, especially the Easter
bunny. We had tons of food, we played games for prizes, and had a
terrific Easter egg hunt. We had a really good turn out. On the next page
you will see pictures of some of the contest winners who were at the
party. We all had a blast!
I would also like to thank Sally and her family, friends, and other
volunteers who helped make this party happen. Without your support
and volunteer hours events like this one wouldn?’t happen and run so
smoothly. Thanks again!
This year we will have more events which are listed in this newsletter.

We also have some major items that we would like to propose to the
community and put up to a vote. As you may know, we have a vast
amount of land across the street from the clubhouse that is unused. The
board of directors has been getting bids from various developers in
hopes of getting two tennis courts installed. The size of the lot is perfect
for the proposed tennis courts and can help alleviate some of the
overflow parking from clubhouse renters. There is very little
maintenance cost involved with tennis courts and they can be utilized by
everyone.
We will send out and/or post some information on the marquee
regarding the tennis courts. Please keep a look out for this information.
