Joyce Hellmann Bizot will be the guest speaker at our May 20th meeting. Joyce is City Neighborhood Coordinator of the Citizens Planning Advisory Committee/Greater Arlington/Beaches. ( Planning District 2 covers from the St. Johns River on the north and west to Beach Blvd. to the Intercoastal Waterway.)
