POLICE MEMORIAL DAY
At 10:30 a.m. on May 1, Jacksonville will honor law enforcement officers who made the ultimate sacrifice in serving and protecting their community.
The memorial service will be conducted at the Police Memorial Building, 501 E. Bay St.

SHERIFF'S WALKS
When he ran for office in 1995, Sheriff Glover promised to walk neighborhoods in every beat (sub sector) every year. This gives him an opportunity to connect directly with citizens in their neighborhoods and listen to their concerns.
